Internet Native Banner (INB) is a web application used by the University to access the Banner system for day-to-day business. INB is used to manage students, accounts receivable, financial aid, alumni/advancement, finance, and human resources information. The primary users are administrative staff, student employees, and staff in the academic departments.

Where Self-Service Banner, also known as, is accessible to all Missouri State University faculty, staff, students and alumni with valid accounts, INB is intended for users doing more of the administrative functions and requires more end-user training and security. The primary users of INB are the administrative departments such as Admissions, Records & Registration, the Bursar's Office, Financial Aid, Residence Life and Services, Financial Services and Financial Aid, Human Resources, etc.
