Sometimes stored data on your browser will conflict with what you want to do, and you will need to clear out temporary data.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the upper right corner of your browser, click the menu button.


  2. On this drop-down menu, select More Tools.


  3. On the More Tools pop-out menu, click Clear Browsing Data...


  4.  On the window that pulls up, check the boxes for Browsing historyDownload historyCookies and other site and plug-in data, and Cached images and files.


  5. Then, from the drop-down menu at the top, click the beginning of time.
  6. Finally, click Clear Browsing Data.

You have successfully cleared your browsing data, close out of all your open windows for it to take effect.
