Sometimes stored data on your browser will conflict with what you want to do, and you will need to clear out temporary data.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the upper right corner of your browser, click the menu button.


  2. On this drop-down menu, select Settings.


  3. On the settings page, scroll to the bottom and click the Advanced drop-down menu.


  4. Under Privacy and Security, click Clear Browsing Data.


  5.  On the next window, check the boxes for Browsing historyDownload historyCookies and other site and plug-in data, and Cached images and files.


  6. Then, from the drop-down menu at the top, click the beginning of time.
  7. Finally, click Clear Browsing Data.

You have successfully cleared your browsing data.
