Use this guide to set up your Office 365 Education (student email) account on your Android device.

Not all versions of Android use the same process for adding an Office 365 Education Email account. Some of these steps may be in a different order, but will generally be the same process across most Android devices. Try and fill out your information to the best of your ability. In this example, we are showing the process for Android version Lollipop (5.0).

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. Go to you Accounts section under the Personal tab.

  3. Tap Add Account.

  4. Tap Exchange type of account.

  5. Type in your University email address. When finished, tap Next.

  6. Tap Exchange account type.

  7. Type in your BearPass Password, tap Next.

  8. For this section you will need to fill out the following information

    Password: BearPass Password

    When done tap, Next,

  9. After this information is entered you will need to Activate as needed for the fields that show up.

Congratulations! Your University Office365 email is now linked to your Android Device!
