We recommend that you use the Outlook app found in the Google Play or Apple App Store over the built-in email phone apps.


Once your email account has been migrated to Office 365 Education, you may find that your iOS mobile device no longer is syncing to your Missouri State email account. These are the steps to sync your Faculty or Staff email account on your iPhone. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Settings icon, then select Accounts & Passwords.

  2. Delete any previous MSU account from your iOS device settings.

  3. Click Add Account and choose Exchange.

  4. Enter your Missouri State email address and password. You may also add a description if desired.

  5. Click Next. Then select Configure Manually.

  6. Enter Server as

  8. Enter Password as your BearPass Password.
  9. Click Next.
