Once assigned a project as a group, you'll need to turn it in. Follow these steps to submit your group project.

Group assignments are set up so that one person submits the assignment on behalf of the entire group. That submission is then allocated to all members of the group. So you will want to designate which group member will submit the assignment. If you are the person designated to turn in an assignment for your group, follow the instructions below.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Under Assignments, click the name of the group project you've been given (Scavenger Hunt below).


  2. To attach your file, click Browse My Computer under Assignment Submission. Alternatively, you can click Write Submission and fill in the text field that appears with your completed work.


  3. Select the file you want to upload and click Open.


  4. Click Submit to turn in your assignment. You also have the option to Save as Draft if it's not complete yet.


  5. You'll receive this warning box to confirm that you're submitting the project for the entire group. Click OK.


  6. The next screen will confirm that the assignment has been submitted, and—if it is a Word document—display a preview of the assignment.
