An individual or vendor affiliated with the university is found to have multiple IDs, or PIDMs, in Banner.
The duplicate ID/PIDM needs to be tagged as a duplicate and reported to Duplicates@MissouriState.edu.
Email the two different IDs, along with their respective names, to Duplicates@MissouriState.edu.
The duplicate/multiple IDs will eventually be combined under one M-Number by MSU Duplicate PIDM Correction staff.
