The lead time is meant to give you an idea of when to expect your commodities to be delivered. Nothing is required on the lead times. Fill out a Banner FOAPAL Authorization form and e-mail it to BannerFinance@MissouriState.edu. Fill out a Request to create FOP segments form and e-mail form to BannerFinance@Missouristate.edu. The bursars Cashiering system does not go live till next spring, so till that time a depost will be made at the window using the old 10 digit Budget Number.
