Adding Items to My Banner Via GUAPMNU

My Banner allows users to personalize their menu and can include forms, jobs and QuickFlows.


From the main menu double click on the link to GUAPMNUunder My Banner. 


Choose what type of object you want to insert into My Banner.  We will choose Oracle Forms.


You can choose to sort by Object (the 7-character code) or by Description.  You can scroll down the list of objects to find the objects you want to add to My Banner or . . .

. . . you can enter a Query search for the forms you want to add to My Banner.  From the Query Menu, choose Enter.

This will clear the form.


Enter your query.  For example, we want all forms that begin with PPA, so we will use the Wildcard in our search and enter PPA% in the object field.


Next we want to run our query.  Choose Execute under the Query Menu.

Here are the results.

Double click on the item(s) you want to keep in My Banner and click the Insert icon


The item(s) are now included in the list of items in My Banner.

Save your changes.

The next time you sign into Banner, the item(s) you selected will be in the My Banner folder.
