If you are using Safari and you click on "Access Account and Make Payments" link under the Profile tab(see image below), you may notice an error message instead of the page loading. This is due to the browser not accepting cookies.
Allowing Cookies in Safari 5.0 or Earlier
Follow these steps to allow the Safari browser to accept cookies.
- With an instance of the Safari browser open, go up to the Finder bar and select "Safari."
- Select the Preference option from the drop down menu.
- Select the security tab.
- Set "Accept cookies" to "Always."
- Close the Preference window.
Cookies are now enabled on your browser.
Allowing Cookies in Safari 5.1
Follow these steps to allow the Safari browser to accept cookies.
- With an instance of the Safari browser open, go up to the Finder bar and select "Safari."
- Select the Preference option from the drop down menu.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Set "Block Cookies" to "Never."
- Close the Preference window.
