Problem

When a user is trying to access MyMissouriState.edu and they receive the /render.userLayoutRootNode error message as shown below.

Solution
Send an email to Enterprise Systems (enterprisesystems@missouristate.edu) requesting that the users account layout be reset. Include the users Bear Pass Number and full name within that email. Once their layout is reset they will be able to access MyMissouriState.edu.
