This guide is to help Staff/Faculty members change their Database password if they are having issues logging in on Banner, ARGOS, or any other Database.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to cams.missouristate.edu.
  2. Select Change Your Password.


  3. Under Change Password Options, select Change my database password.


  4. Enter your BearPass Login and Password in the top two boxes. Then select the Database you wish to change your password for. Enter your Username for that Database and type in a new password in the last two boxes. The Database Password is case sensitive, must be at least 8 characters long, and must be different from your last 6 passwords.


    If you don't know your BearPass Password, or your BearPass Password isn't working, then try changing it by following the steps here: How to Change Your Password

You will be directed back to the Change Password Options page, and a highlighted line of text should appear at the top of the page that reads "Your Login Password has been successfully changed."
