Sometimes stored data on your browser will conflict with what you want to do, and you will need to clear out temporary data.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the upper right corner of your browser, click the menu button.


  2. On this drop-down menu, select More Tools.


  3. On the More Tools pop-out menu, click Clear Browsing Data...


  4.  Click on Advanced to access the check the boxes for Browsing historyDownload historyCookies and other site and plug-in data, and Cached images and files.


  5. Then, from the drop-down menu at the top, click All time.


  6. Finally, click Clear Data.

You have successfully cleared your browsing data, close out of all your open windows for it to take effect.
