To help protect against data loss, the permission to delete entire documents in most BDMS applications is fairly restricted.

For those rare cases where you need to delete an entire document (and not just individual pages from it), the person in your area with delete access to your application can perform the following steps:

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to BDMS Web Access
  2. Perform a query to find the document you wish to delete. 
  3. Click the Document menu at the top and choose Delete.

  4. The web page will confirm that you want to delete the document. If you're 100% certain that you do, click OK.
