Follow the steps below to edit an existing reservation in the EMS Online Reservation System

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the EMS Online Reservation System at
  2. Click My Events on the Left Sidebar
  3. Click on the Name of the event you want to edit
  4. From this menu, you can:
    1. View your reservation information
    2. Cancel the reservation by clicking Cancel Reservation
    3. Create a new booking for the Event by clicking New Booking
    4. Edit an existing booking by clicking the  button beside the booking you want to edit

You can only edit reservations still in "Web Request" status unless it is your department's specialty room. To make changes to a "Web Confirmed" reservation, please contact
