This guide shows you how to enable JavaScript in Firefox.  Firefox uses a toggle switch to enable or disable JavaScript.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Firefox. In the URL field, type about:config and click on the box labelled I accept the risk!

      2. In the Search field, type javascript and look for javascript.enabled in the list.  If the value is set to false, right-click and choose toggle.  This will change the value to true.

      3. Refresh Firefox by pressing the function key F5.

 You have enabled JavaScript.
