When you are enrolled in multiple courses you often want to spend time performing the same task for all your classes. Course-to-course navigation lets you jump from one course to post to discussion boards, read blog entries, etc. without having to exit the course and then navigate to another course from the Course tab. This saves times and makes it easier to move from course to course. For example, you are in the discussion board and have finished your work there. You can now jump directly to the discussion board in another course.

Step-by-step guide

  1. To switch to another course you are enrolled in, click the drop-down arrow next to your course name in the upper left corner.

  2. Select another course.

  3. The course you selected will load.
  4. Notice that when you navigate between courses this way, you stay in the same area or tool in the new course.
