This guide will help you set up your power point slides to fit multiple sides per page to make it easier for note taking and to save paper. 

These guides were made to work in conjuction with the Open Access Lab printers. The steps will be similar for other printers, but the process varies a bit by printer model.

Step-by-step guide

Powerpoint 2007, 2010, & 2013 for Windows

  1. For Powerpoint 2007, click the Office button in the top left. For Powerpoint 2010/2013, click the File tab at the top left. 
  2. Select Print from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click Full Page Slides and select the layout you want. 

  4. Click Print and your pages will print. 

Powerpoint 2011 for Mac

While in Office for Mac, the Menu Bar at the top of the screen will have options related to Office.

  1. Click on File in the Apple Menu Bar, and in the drop-down click Print. 

  2. Click the drop-down menu next to Print What: and select how many slides you want per page.

  3. Click Print at the bottom of the window.
