This guide is to help you save and publish your presentations from Adobe Presenter to your computer.

Step-by-step guide

With the Audio and Transitions Synchronized in Presenter

  1. Open the PowerPoint.
  2. After you have saved your completed PowerPoint presentation, go to the Adobe Presenter toolbar, then click the Publish button.
  3. After the Publish Presentation dialog box opens, select the Location text box, to browse or choose your location on your computer to save the Flash presentation generated by Adobe Presenter.
  4. Within the Output Options, choose the option "Zip Package" (see image).
    1.  This will allow you to compress your Flash presentation generated by Adobe Presenter.
  5. Click the Publish button to start publishing your PowerPoint presentation.
  6. The Publish Presenter window for Adobe Presenter now appears showing a progress bar. (see image)
    1. Your PowerPoint file is now being compressed and converted to a Flash presentation file.
  7. See the progress bar showing convertion taking place.


  8. Once the conversion process is completed, your zipped Presenter file can be found in the location indicated on your computer. 

Without Audio and Transitions Synchronized in Presenter

  1. Open the PowerPoint.
  2. From the Adobe Presenter toolbar, click on Import within the audio section. 
  3. The Adobe Presenter - Import Audio dialog box opens showing each slide
  4. Click Browse to search and choose the respective audio file per slide (see arrow)
  5. Once you have chosen all slides per audio, Click OK to accept.
