Step-by-step guide

  1. Access the scanning screen by either choosing to add a New Document or Batch Import. 
  2. From the bottom row of buttons, choose the down arrow next to the Scanner Setup button.
  3. Make sure that your scanner is powered on and plugged in to your computer.
  4. Choose Select Scanner....
  5.  WX may take a moment to search for scanner drivers.
  6. Find and select the ISIS driver for your scanner model in the list. If it is not available, contact the Computer Services Help Desk to get the ISIS Drivers installed.
  7. Click OK.
  8. A window should come up that identifies your scanner and the page type. If your scanner isn't listed in the first drop-down menu, it may not be plugged in or turned on. If it is, click OK. The same window will pop up a second time. Click OK again.

    If you have Internet Explorer maximized, this window may pop up behind the IE Window- just minimize IE to get at the pop-up dialog box, then restore IE when you're done.
