Step-by-step guide

  1. Select Manage on the Mediasite Desktop Recorder Home page or from the navigation menu available in the upper-left corner of all pages.

  2. Select the recording you want through the check box and select Upload on the same row upload. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to sign into Mediasite using your MSU login credentials.

  3. Once connected, you will be taken to the Recording Complete page. Select Upload to New. A new presentation is created on Mediasite with the same name as the recording and the upload automatically begins.

  4. Select Pause Upload at any time to stop the process and Resume Upload to finish the upload.

  5. Once the recording is uploaded to Mediasite and processed, the presentation's status is updated to "Recorded." Select Open Presentation to view the presentation in the Mediasite Silverlight player.
