When needing to forward the University Outlook email to their personal email follow these instructions.

Step-by-step guide

  1. After logging into your Missouri State University Office account on a web browser at "login.microsoftonline.com", select the personal icon in the upper-right portion of the screen.
  2. Select the option stating "My Account".
  3. Now select the gear icon in the upper-right portion of the screen and use the search bar at the top of the drop down box to search "Forwarding".
  4. Once you have been brought to the following screen, make sure to type your personal email address in the empty bar.

           

      5. Any future emails that are sent to your University Email should now be forwarded to the email address typed in the previous bar.
