This is the process for removing browser data in Safari.

Tip
Throughout the process, you might be prompted for a user name and password. If you are, enter the login information for your computer and not your Missouri State account.

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the Apple bar at the top of the screen, click Safari > Preferences...


  2. Click the Privacy button at the top.

  3. Click the Manage Website Data... button under the Cookies and website data header.

  4. Click Remove All button at the bottom.


  5. On the next pop-up, click Remove Now
  6. Select from either Always blockAllow from current website onlyAllow from websites I visit, or Always allow, depending on your need, under the section 'Cookies and website data.'

It may be useful to choose Always allow under the 'Cookies and website data' section if you are clearing your web data to try and log into a website or do something online that is blocked from you.

You have successfully cleared your cache, cookies, and other browser data.
