Most of the time, these settings will automatically be taken care of by the Computer Services Help Desk before you even begin using BDM Web Access. However, these make a good checklist if you're experiencing problems using BDM Web Access.
Those settings should give you the baseline configuration needed to use BDM Web Access.
You may simply need to select your scanner. See WX - Selecting a Scanner.
If you can't select your scanner, and you've done the above steps, it could be that you need to install the ISIS drivers for your particular scanner.
