There are two different viewers available in Web Access.  The preferred viewer is the Interactive Viewer; this is only available in Internet Explorer.  It is available by installing ActiveX controls when prompted.  Additionally, the ability to work with PDFs can be enhanced by installing the Adobe component, one of the four components available to enhance the functionality of Web Access.  All documentation and support for those using BDMS Web will revolve around the Interactive Viewer.  The Thin Client Viewer is more likely to appear when viewing individual documents linked through web pages.  The Thin Client Viewer is shown below but is not typically covered in training.  Both viewers are supported by user support.
