An Office 365 account comes with up to 1TB of storage using Microsoft OneDrive. You can log in to OneDrive in two ways. Because of the federated accounts, you won’t have to keep track of a separate password for Office 365. However, in some cases you may need to change the way you log in.
    • For the systems where you’ve been logging in as SGF\BearPassLogin or as just BearPassLogin, there is no change. You can continue to log in to those systems as you have been.

    • If you’ve been logging in to a system as BearPassLogin@SGF, you’ll need to log in as instead. (Note: Some people log in to the BearMail web interface this way.)

    • When you log in to Office 365, you’ll need to log in as

Via the Portal

  1. Visit Office 365 by navigating to

  2. Log in using your (e.g.
  3. Click the OneDrive icon to access your OneDrive for Business space.

Via Direct URL

  1. Copy the following link and paste it into your browser's address bar:
  2. Replace [BearPassLogin] with your BearPass Login (e.g. abc123).
  3. Log in using your Office 365 credentials.
