Follow the steps below to view a Location's schedule in EMS Online Reservation System

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to You will see the EMS Online Reservation System homepage.
  2. Click on Events on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click Add Filter
  4. Click Locations
    1. Check box next to desired building
    2. Click Update Locations
  5. Click Add Filter
  6. Click Room
    1. Type desired room number into the search box
    2. Skip steps 5&6 to see the events for an entire building
  7. Select your desired List View
  8. Select a Date
    1. Daily List- Date is exact date of event
    2. Weekly List- Date is any day in the Sunday-Saturday period containing the event
    3. Monthly List- Date is any date in the month of the event
